【Abstract】 The morphogenesis of the curd of broccoli ( Brassica oleracea var. italica ) was studied. The results showed that the procedure of inflorescence initiation and development of broccoli was divided into eight stages. The curd of broccoli was constituted bys horten, succulent main scape and several branch curds,the branch curd was contained by many lateral scapes and flower buds. The numbers of branch curd in three cultivars was different. The weight of branch curd was related closely with its numbers of initiated-order of lateral scape and development.更多还原
