【Abstract】 The quality of T42 analysis results is discussed by comparing the schemes and techniques ofT42 and EC data assimilation systems,the analysis results of the two systems,and the bias of fit-ting the analysis results to observations.It is concluded that the quality of T42 analysis is reliable and quite good.But there are stillsome defects compared with EC analysis,e.g.the bias of fitting is slightly larger,and the intensityof some weather systems analysed is week etc.The relations of these defects with the scheme ofT42 data assimilation system(e.g.data quality control,analysis scheme,model charcter etc.)arealso discussed.更多还原
