径、混流式前向三元叶轮成型设计研究
Reserch of Design of Radial and Mixed Flow Three Dimensional Impeller with Forward Curved Blades
【摘要】 本文提供了一个径、混流式前向三元叶轮成型设计的计算方法和计算机程序(逆命题).着重讨论了前向三元叶轮成型设计与计算中的若干问题(包括前向叶轮的加载特点、流线导数和曲率及子午弧长的计算、流线插值、初场的给定、松驰因子的选取及子午流道形状的数值设计.最后给出了一个应用本文方法和程序设计出的实例.
【Abstract】 In this paper a calculating method and the corresponding program are presented for the design of radial and mixed flow three-dimensional impeller with forward curved blades. Discussion of problems in design and calculation of three-dimensional impeller with forward curved blades has been made, which includes loading properties of impeller with forward curved blades, calculations of streamline derivation and curvature and meridianal length of central arc, streamline interpolation,determination of initial fields, selection of relaxation factor and numerical design of meridian flow channal shape. Finally , a real impeller is designed by using this method and related calculation program is presented.
