【摘要】 作者报道了12例肝癌肝动脉栓塞术前后 CT 和肝动脉造影 X 线表现,分析和讨论栓塞前后 CT 及肝动咏造影发现。认为:术前 CT 能发现病变.但约近半数病人不能确诊肝癌;术中动脉造影可进一步确定诊断,确定栓塞的方向和范围.但较小病灶可能遗漏;术后 CT 可了解栓塞治疗效果,有无栓塞并发症,可否再次手术切除和预测病人预后;术后肝动脉造影可观察侧支循环形成及肿瘤复发情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 X and features of 12 Patients with hepatic cancer undergone embolization of hepatic artery were reported,The finds of CT and hepatic arteriography before and after embolizing hepatic artery were compared discussed.Data suggested that about half of these cases the finds of CT before embolization could show The lesion of hepatic concer,but could Nt decide the diagnosis. The hepatic arteriography in the operation cou Ld showed direction and mapped the ar Ea of embolization,then the diagnosis was made satisfa Etorily. Butlittle lesin might be missed.Postoperativcly the finds of CT could show the therapeutic effects;complication,whcther any operable or not this lesion in hsecond operation and the prognose of the patients.In post-operative opatie angipgraphy the formation of Coll-ateral Circultion and the recurrance of tumrr might be observed.更多还原
