【Abstract】 The present methods acquiring electrogastric signals from the surface of the abdomen is that the patient lies down in the supine position. The electrods are pleated on the body surface area where the stomach is projected to. Then the electrogastric signals are taken from the electrods on the body surface [1—3]. Using the present methods, the electrogastric information can only be acquired from a plane position, and the electrogastric information from the other two planes are lost. In this paper a method using an orthogonal leads system to acquire three demensional electrogastric information was reported.
