【摘要】 用浸泡法、点滴法和药膜法,测定高效氯氰菊酯对淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊的药效。试验结果表明高效氯氰菊酯对淡色库蚊幼虫的LC₅₀为0.00086ppm;对家蝇雄虫、雌虫的LD₅₀分别为0.000048和0.000098ug/虫;对德国小蠊雄虫、雌虫的、LD₅₀分别为0.0134和0.0440ug/虫:对德国小蠊雄虫、雌虫的KT₅₀分别为1.50和1.72分钟,上述试验结果均优于单用的顺式和反式氯氰菊酯。更多还原

【Abstract】 (Institute of Military Medicine, Nanjing Command, PLA. Nanjing 210002) The efficacy of the high effect cypermethrin was tested with the important sanitory pests, Culex pipiens pallens, Muscadomestica and Blattella germenica by means of soaking method, topic application and insecticide-membrane method. The results of bioassy showed that the LC₅₀ to the larva of Culex pipiens pallens was 0.00086ppm, the LD₅₀ to the female and make of Musca domestica were 0.000098 and 0.000048ug/insect respectively, and the LD₅₀ to the female and male of Blattella germenica were 0.0440 and 0.0134ug/insect, and KT₅₀ 1.72 and 1.50 minutes respectively. The results mentioned above are better than those got from using d-cypermethrin or t-cypermethrin alone.更多还原
