眼内灌注液对角膜内皮细胞的影响

【摘要】 本文比较了3种眼内灌注液对兔眼角膜内皮细胞的影响。生理盐水、Hanks液及M—K液灌注3小时角膜增厚率分别为:64.2μm/小时,36.6μm/小时及-3.0μm/小时。测算了角膜厚度变化率(ΔT/To)并探讨其意义。生理盐水灌注期间内皮功能迅速衰退,形态学改变明显;Hanks液注流虽导致内皮功能衰退,但形态学改变轻微,变化为可逆性;M—K液注流内皮细胞维持正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of three kinds of intraocular irrigating so-lutions on the corneal endothelium of rabbit eyes areevaluated. Corneas perfused with M-K solution, Hankssolution and physiological saline swell at different rate of-3.0μm/hr, 36.6μm/hr and 64.2μm/hr. Corneal thick-ness change ratio (△T/To) was calculaed firstly andits significances were discussed. Perfused with saline, theendothelial function decreased rapidly and markedmorphological changes occurred. Hanks solution also re-sulted in decrease of endothelial function at certain ex-tent, but rare morphological changes could be seen, thatsuggest the decrease may be reversible. Perfused withM-K solution,the endothelial cells kept normal.更多还原
