雾化沉积SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料组织性能研究

【摘要】 作者采用雾化沉积工艺研制出致密、均匀、性能优异的SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料,致密度高达99.4%,较铝合金基材弹性模量提高20~30GPa,材料使用温度可提高100℃,热处理工艺对复合材料性能有很大影响。

【Abstract】 The microstructure and tensile behavior of 2618 aluminium alloy matrix composites reinforced with 12% (vol) SiC particulate produced by spray deposition were studied. It was found that spray deposition SiCp-2618 composites (SD-SiCp/2618)exhibited high densification, uniform fine crystal structure and excellent mechanical properties. After extrusion, the densification of SD-SiCp/2618 was as high as about 99.4%. Compared to 2618 aluminium alloys, the proportional limit, yield strength, ultimate tensile strength of SD-SiCP/2618 were obviously improved, especially at 150~350℃, and the limiting temperature raised approximately by 100℃ in respect of high temperature strength.The elastic modulus was increased by 20~30 GPa. The addition of SiC particulate and the spray deposition process had significantly influence on the precipitation behavior of the matrix and the properties of SD-SiCp/2618 were dependent on ageing treatment.
