Cr5Mo钢管长期高温服役前后的组织和性能
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of CrSMo Pipe Before and After Extended Service at High Temperature
【摘要】 本文对服役过10万、14万及18万小时的三种Cr5Mo管材分别作了试验研究,发现管材在500℃时出现了回火脆性,并且经高温运行后的管材的室温冲击韧性远低于新管材的冲击韧性,但其室温断裂韧性与冲击韧性在100℃以上使用时仍是足够的。
【Abstract】 Three kinds of old Cr5Mo pipes, which have been put into service at high temperature for 100 thousand, 140 thousand and 180 thousand hours respectively, are investigated experimently. Temper embrittlemerit is found in the material served at 500℃ and its notch toughness at room temperature is much lower than that of new material. However, its fracture toughness at room temperature and notch toughness at over 100℃ are high enough to be used.
