西藏地区老年性白内障与紫外线照射

【摘要】 测定了西藏、成都各14只自内障晶体中光合产物含量,发现西藏自内障患者所受的累积日照时与晶体光合产物含量呈正相关,且其平均年龄小于成都组7.33岁时,晶体光合产物的含量已达到与成都组相当的水平。本文还测定了西藏、成都两地各30只白内障晶体及18只成都正常晶体中6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G-6PD)活性,发现西藏白内障晶体G-6-PD 活性下降,呈男性重于女性的特征,可能与遗传及紫外线照射有关。

【Abstract】 The level of photo-oxidized production of 28 cataractous lenses (Tibet 14,Chengdu14) was measured.There was a positive correlativity between accumulated hours of expo-sure to sunlight and the level of photo-oxidized production of cataractous lenses in Tibet.The level of photo-oxidized production of cataractous lenses in Tibet was equel to thatin Chengdu,but the patients were younger 7.33 years old in Tibet than in Chengdu.Therusults suggested that photo-oxidized damage to lens by UV light was a factor of causingcataract in Tibet G6PD activity of 60 cataractous lenses (Tibet 30,Chengdu 30) and 18normal lenses (Chengdu) was measured.G6PD activity of cataractous lenses was lower inTibet than in Chengdu and in men than in women in Tibet.These findings suggested thatG6PD activity deficiency,which contributed to X-link recessive trait and UV light,enhanced cataract development in Tibetan.
