轧钢加热炉最优Q-P供热控制模型的研究
Study on Optimum Q-P Heat Supply Con- rol Model for Billet Reheating Furnace
【摘要】 本研究改变了轧钢加热炉传统的按炉温控制供热的方法,开发了最优Q-P供热控制模型,创造了按轧机产量直接在线控制供热的新方法。该模型经在邯郸钢铁总厂650轧钢加热炉上应用表明:能在轧机产量频繁波动的过程中合理供热,既能保证加热质量,又能降低燃耗,控制的相对节能效果达到了国际先进水平。
【Abstract】 The study develops an optimum Q P heatsupply control model which can directly control heat supply on line upon mill output and is different from traditional method that controls heat supply upon temperature of furnace. Application results at 650 reheating furnace in Han-dan Iron and Steel General Works show that the control model not only ensures the heating quality but also decreases the fuel consumption in spite of frequent mill output variation. .Mos reover, the relative energy saving effect has come up to the advanced world standard.
