水煤浆预热对燃烧的影响
INFLUENCE OF PREHEATING ON CWS COMBUSTION
【摘要】 本文在分析水煤浆燃烧机理的基础上,建立了水煤浆加热、蒸发过程的数学模型,并利用计算机求解了不同炉温下、不同雾化质量下预热对燃烧过程的影响。计算结果表明:预热对水煤浆的稳定着火和提高燃烧效率都有重要作用,这种作用在低温炉内,以及在使用低挥发分、低热值煤浆以及雾化质量差的情况下显得更为突出。
【Abstract】 Based on the analyses of Coal-Water Slurry (CWS) combustion mechanism, a mathematical model of heating and evaporating process of CWS is established. By means of computer,the influence of preheation on CWS combustion is revealed at different furnace temperatures and with different atomization qualities. The results show that preheating plays an important role in stablizing the ignition and raising combustion efficiency of CWS. Preheating is especially useful to combustion of CWS with low volatile and low calorific value,in low temperature furnace and under bad atomization.
