【Abstract】 Chemical behavior of 3-(1-butenone-3) indole(1a), an intermediate in the syn-thesis of Yuehchukene with antifertility activity, was examined. In the mean time. ten an-alogs of 1a were synthesized. However, none of them showed anti-implantation activity inrats.
