镓-槲皮素配合物吸附波研究及其应用

【摘要】 在pH4.30的HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液中,槲皮素在-1.45V(vs.SCE)处有一还原波P1当加入Ga(Ⅲ),在-1.00V(vs.SCE)处产生一新波P2。Ga(Ⅲ)浓度在0.02~0.48μg/ml范围内,与P2波高成正比,回归直线方程为y=2.639+69.14x,相关系数r=0.9995。Ga(Ⅲ)的检出限达0.01μg/ml。试验表明,该极谱波属于配合物吸附波。本法已用于测定铝箔、铝丝和铝锌矿中微量镓,结果满意。

【Abstract】 In the buffer solution of acetic acid-sodium acetate ( pH4.30 ), the polarographic wave of quercetin ( P1 ) was observed at -1.45V (ws. SCE)and in the presence of gallium. A new sensitive adsorptive complex wave of Ga(Ⅲ)and quercetin ( P2 ) was yielded at - 1.00V(vs. SCE ) . The peak height of P2 was directly proportional to the concentration of Ga(Ⅲ)inthe range of 0.02 to 0.48ug/ml. The mechanism of electrode reaction was studied by various methods. The wave was confirmed to be an adsorptive complex wave. The proposed method has been used for determination of trace gallium in ores and metallic materials after prior separation by solvent extraction.
