【Abstract】 In this paper the flurometric reaction of erio rubine B with palladium, the formative condition and composition of the complex were investigated. The optimum condition of the reaction was obtained and initially the mechanism of the reaction was searched. The maximum excitation and emission are at 322nm and 420nm. The calibration curve is linear over the range of Pd ( Ⅱ ) Concentration 0 -5.0ug/10ml. This method is one of the high selectivity for determinating Pd ( Ⅱ ) at present. This method is applied to determine palladium ( Ⅱ ) in samples with satisfactory results.更多还原
