【Abstract】 The common measurement has some limitations, and its sensitivity is very low for measuring the anti-nodularizing elements of nodular cast iron.In this paper,we suggest to extract the graphite phase from the nodular cast iron using electrolytic technique, the graphite balls are pressed to form a thick target. The trace elements in it are measured by FIXE analysis and its measuring lower limit is 3 order of magnitude higher than that of electron micro probe.更多还原
