【摘要】 80例连续服用国产低剂量1号避孕片5～15年的健康农村妇女,及78例同期应用宫内节育器妇女,用放射免疫法测定其促卵泡生成素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E₂）和孕酮（P）水平。结果表明:长期服用低剂量OC_s 妇女FSH 分泌功能未受到明显影响（P>0.05）;LH 值受到轻度抑制（P<0.05）;E₂分泌亦未受到完全抑制（P<0.05）,仅P 值水平很低（P<0.01）,且受到服药时间和妇女年龄的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four sex hormones（FSH,LH,E-2 and Progesterone）were measured in 80healthy rural wemen taking low-dosed Chinese NO.1 contraceptive pills for 5-15 yearsas compared with that in 78 control subjects wearing IUDs bymeans of radioimmunoassayaccording to four cycles of early follicular,later follicular,early luteal and laterluteal phases.The results showed that the effect on the secretory function of serum FSHin women after long-term use of the low-dosed pills was not obvious（p>0.05）.SerumLH level was inhibited slightly（p<0.05）.The secretory function of serum E₂ was notinhibited completely（p<0.05）,Serum progesterone level was very low（p<0.01）,beingaffected by the time of taking pills and the age of women.更多还原
