锁骨骨折与微型锁骨外固定器的力学分析

【摘要】 作者对锁骨骨折的原固及骨折引起的弯曲与扭转进行了生物力学分析,并对锁骨骨折畸形愈合后的力学性质变化和应用微型锁骨外固定器治疗锁骨骨折原理进行了阐述;结果表明,锁骨骨折为弯扭复合型骨折,锁骨的破坏应力为1616.4kg/mm~2,比例极限扭转强度825.86kg/mm~2,外固定状志下的抗扭极限可达3536.4kg/cm。如锁骨骨折重叠错位1.53cm愈合,则刚性系数较原来降低32%,抗扭转刚度减弱了23%,对肩部运动和锁骨自身的旋转产生严重影响。

【Abstract】 A biomechanical study was made on the cause of clavical fracture and the bending and torsion caused by the fracture and the changes after bone union with the defoimity and the mechanism of external fixation of the clavicle fracture were discussed.The results showed that after fixation the antitorsion ability of the clavicle was ircrrased three times.And if the bone union occurs with the defoimity of overlapping 1.53 cm,the stiffness coefficient would decrease by 31%ard the antidefomation ability by 23%.Consequently the motion cf the shcultkr ard rotation of the clavicle were resisted.The authors conclude that application cf the external fixation apparatus for treatment of the clavicle fracture is the method of choice.
