【摘要】 本文阐述了双氧水冷轧堆复漂原理,经一系列试验和一定产量的生产表明,双氧水冷轧堆复漂工艺是可行的。采用冷轧堆复漂工艺,对水洗皂煮条件要求不高,完全可以达到汽蒸复漂工艺质量要求,能用于涤棉、涤富、人棉织物的复漂,可节约大量蒸汽,降低成本,缓解蒸汽供量不足,改善环境,减少斑渍,提高产品质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors describe the principle of hydroperoxide cold pad-batch re-bleaching process which has been shown feasible for production based on laboratory experiment and trial production. By using this method, it can easily reach the quality which can also be obtained by conventional steaming re-bleaching process, even without serious washing/soaping condition, steam saving and cost reducing.更多还原
