麦地霉素胶囊剂及肠溶片剂人体药物动力学及相对生物利用度研究

【摘要】 通过6名健康志愿者交叉口服麦地霉素胶囊及肠溶片的自身对照试验,比较了药物动力学特征及相对生物利用度。结果表明,肠溶片的吸收差且慢,相对生物利用度为26.91±9.85%。胶囊剂的药动学参数为Ka=3.52±1.30h-1,K=1.07±0.59h-1,Tmax=0.55±0.19h;Cmax=1.71±0.69mg/L,本文还根据胶囊剂的药动学特征,对其给药方案进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The relative bioavailability of midecamycin enteric-coated capsule and midecamycin tablet were studied in 6 volunteers. A single oral dose of midecamycin 800 mg was given to each volunteer, midecamycin serum-concentration was measured by bioassay. The results showed that the serum levels of midecamycin tablets in humans were lower than that of capsules. Cmax=0.32±0.10mg·L-1) Tmax=2.37±0.58h for the tablets and Cmax=1.71±0.69mg·L-1; Tmax=0.55±0.19h for the capsules. The relative bioavailability was about 30%.
