【Abstract】 The theory and algorithm of the cylindricity error evaluated by least square method are presented. The quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis for cylindricity error are carried out by this paper, and the quantitative calculating formulas of error separation are proposed. This paper separates form error, parameter error and error in line from the cylindricity error and proposes the compensating principles of every kind of the errors. The mathematical models derivated by this paper are concise and explicit.更多还原
