铜合金和钢的热等静压扩散焊
Hot Isostatic Pressing Diffusion Bonding between Cu Alloy and Steel
【摘要】 本文研究了铜合金QSn6.5-0.1与钢40CrNiMoA的热等静压扩散焊接,对工艺参数和夹层材料进行了选择对比。其平均接头强度δb为401.3MPa,加镍夹层后视添加工艺的不同其平均接头强度σb为451~616.8MPa。接头强度满足设计指标(σb≥350MPa),并远远超出QSn6.5-0.1铜合金退火状态σb≥294MPa之值,该工艺已应用于型号伺服机构中。
【Abstract】 Hot isostatic pressing (HIP) diffusion bonding process between QSn6.5-0.1 and 40CrNiMo Ahas been developed.Its parameters and intermediate materials have also been investigated for selection and comparison.The mean joint tensile strength (σ_b)is 401.3 MPa without intermediate material. After adding intermediate Ni, the mean joint tensile strengths which are from 451 to 616.8 MPa differ from adding processings. Those fulfil the design specifications (σ_b≥350 MPa) and are far over that of annealed QSn 6.5-0.1 Cu alloy(294MPa) and has successfully been applied to servo mechanisms.
