LY12合金大型翼片超塑性等温精锻技术

【摘要】 本文对大型薄腹板筋型翼片在5×104kN液压机上采用超塑性等温精锻工艺的原因作了较为详尽的分析,并叙述了实现LY12合金翼片超塑性等温精锻技术的工艺参数、模具结构设计、坯料外形尺寸和润滑剂的要点,最后介绍了翼片锻件上穿筋、折叠、缩孔等缺陷的产生原因及消除缺陷的方法。

【Abstract】 This paper detailly analyzes the necessarity of forming the large wing with thin webs by the superplastie and isothermal precision forging technology with 5×10~4kN hydraulic press,Introduces the technological pa rameters of superplastic and isothermal precision forging such as the deformation temperature,strain rate and so on,and discusses the effect of mould structure,out shaped geometric size of blank and lubricant on deformation process.Meanwhile this paper also introduces formation of defects such as pirerce rib,lap,shrinkage cavity,and crack during the forging process and gives some practical methods to remove these defects.Finally,based on the analysis of the practical application and theory,it gives two practical methods of forming large wing thin webs.
