压电陶瓷微位移器工程应用研究
Investigation on Piezoelectric Ceramic Microactuators in Engineering Applications
【摘要】 利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应和电致伸缩效应构成的微位移器,在工程实际中得到日益广泛的应用。但人们对微位移器的特性的研究和了解却非常有限,本文根据笔者在进行机床主轴回转误差补偿中使用各种压电微位移器的研究和实验结果,分析了微位移器的动、静态特性,指出了压电微位移器在工程应用中应该注意的一些基本问题。
【Abstract】 The ceramic microactuators using anti-piezoelectric and electtostrictive effects have found increasely wide applications in engineering practice. However,the research to understand their properties is still deficient, and that hindered them from expanding applications. In this paper, from the research’ and experimental results of microactuators used in compensation for turn errors of machine, the author analyzed their dynamic and static chracteristics, and pointed out some basic problems in engineering applications.
