西藏和埃塞俄比亚大麦6个同工酶位点遗传变异的对比分析
Comparative Assessment of Genetic Variation at 6 Isozyme Loci in Barley from Two Centers of Diversity: Ethiopia and Tibet
【摘要】 我们对比分析了埃塞俄比亚(简称埃)和西藏共777份栽培大麦材料在6个同工酶位点(Est1、Est2、Kst3、Est4、Acp1和Got1)的遗传变异。结果表明,无论是从单个位点上分析还是在多位点基因组合形式上评价,埃大麦与西藏大麦群体在遗传组成和多位点基因结构上都有着很大的差异。遗传多样性对比分析表明,从单个位点基因类型看,西藏大麦与埃大麦遗传变异程度大致相当,但从多位点基因组合形式看,西藏大麦遗传多样性程度极显著地高于埃大麦。
【Abstract】 It was proposed over half a century ago that there were two major gene centers of cu-Itivated barley (Hordeum vulgare L.): Ethiopia and Tibet. However, the relative amounts of genetic diversity in these two regions have never been critically assessed. In this paper, we analyzed genetic variation at six isozyme loci (Est\, Est2, Est3, Est4, Acpl and Gotl) for a total of 777 barley accessions from Ethiopia and Tibet. Very striking differences were observed between barleys from these two regions both in single locus allelic frequency and in multilocus genotype combination. The results also showed that about equal amounts of genetic variation were present in these two regions when genetic diversity was evaluated at single locus level, while the degree of genetic diversity was signigicantly higher in Tibetan barley than that of Ethiopian barley when multilocus genotype combinations were assessed. Comparison of allelic composition between this analysis and previously reported studies showed that there were alleles at almost every locus that were observed in other parts of the world but not found in these two regions. The implication of these results in germplasm conservation was discussed.
