【摘要】 报告老年性白内障囊内冷冻摘出术231例,其中住院手术131例,门诊手术100例,并对两者进行了对比。结果证实:后者在视力恢复和术中、术后并发症等方面都不劣于前者,所需费用却大大低于前者,深受患者的欢迎。认为:白内障门诊手术是安全可行的,值得大力提倡。但对某些年龄太大,并有严重全身病患者,仍应考虑住院手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comparison of senile cataract extractions performed on out-patient and on in-patient. Su Xiao-duo et al. Beijing Institute of Ophthalmology, Beijing 100730 The authors studied the visual results of senile cataract extracapsular eryoextractions performed 100 out-patient and on 131 eyes in-patient. The postoperative corrected visual aeuities were over 0.3(4.5) in 89％ of the out-patient, and in 84％ of the in-patient. Cataractsurgeries performed in the OPD were no more risky to the patients than those performed in the ward either in visual prognosis or in operative complications; however, the expenses were muchless for the former, and hence recommended for the patients in the developing countries or backwardareas.更多还原
