胰蛋白酶对半胱胺诱发大鼠十二指肠溃疡的保护作用
CYTOPROTECTION OF TRYPSIN AGAINST CYST-EAMINE INDUCED DUODENAL ULCER IN RATS
【摘要】 观察了胰蛋白酶作为“弱刺激”对盐酸-半胱胺诱发的大鼠十二指肠溃疡的适应性细胞保护作用。主要结果如下:①胰蛋白酶能明显减轻由盐酸-半胱胺所致的大鼠十二指肠溃疡,且有量效依赖关系;②切除大鼠腹腔交感神经节或肌注肾上腺素能受体阻断剂对胰蛋白酶对抗十二指肠溃疡效应没有影响;③切断大鼠膈下迷走神经或皮下注射阿托品后,能完全阻断胰蛋白酶对抗十二指肠溃疡的效应。胰蛋白酶作为一种弱刺激,对十二指肠粘膜具有适应性细胞保护作用,这种作用可能是通过迷走神经胆碱能纤维实现的。
【Abstract】 Experiments were made to study the cytoprotection of trypsin against duodenal ulcer formation induced by HCl-cysteamine in rats. The results showed that trypsin was protective against ulcer formation and acted in a dose-dependent manner. The cytoprotection was not affected by celiac gangli-onectomy or by blocking adrenoceptors with drugs (phentolamine im, propra nolol im) . But the cytoprotection was completely abolished by subphrenic vagotomy or hypodermic injection of atropine. These results indicate that trypsin, as a mild irritant, has adaptive cytoprotective effect on duodenal mucosa, which is exerted probably through the cholinergic vagal fibers.
