低强度脉冲超高频和微波辐射对作业人员心脏植物神经功能的影响——探讨现行超高频和微波的卫生标准

【摘要】 本文比较89例200~300mW/m~2脉冲超高频或脉冲微波作业人员卧或卧一立位ECG中反映心脏植物神经功能的R-R间期变化。结果表明,脉冲超高频作业者仅有吸呼差一项指标量值增大。微波作业人员的各项R-R间期变化与对照组相比均无显著差异。作者认为,我国现行的作业场所超高频和微波卫生标准是合理并可行的。

【Abstract】 Comparisons of R-R interval variability of ECG during supine rest or quiet standing position were made in 89 workers exposed to pulse microwave(PMW) and pulse ultrashort wave(PUSW) radiation with persons of matched age and sex but no radiation exposure as control. The results showed that only the difference between a single maximal inspiration and expiration was slightly increased in case of 200~300mW/m~2 PUSW as compared with that of control. There was no any significant changes in 200~300mW/m~2 PMW(2000mW.h/m~2) in term of cardiovascular autonomic nerve function. It is considered that the current profesional exposure standards in China for microwave and ultrashort wave radiation are rather reasonable and suitable.
