液相连续催化氧化碱吸收氮氧化物的研究

【摘要】 对比了吸收液加催化剂前后的吸收效果,研究了影响方法脱除效率的诸因素,确定了适宜的工艺条件。在这些条件下,当空培气速为0.3m/s时,经过两级吸收后,NO_x浓度可由2000 ppm~11000ppm降到250ppm~600ppm,脱除率达90%~94.5%。

【Abstract】 The exprimental method of absorption of NO_x with soda solu-tion by continuous liquid catalytic oxidation has been described. ab-sorption efficiency of soda solution in which a catalyst is added hasbeen compared with that when catalyst is not added.Several factorsaffecting NO_x-removal efficiency have also been investigated and optimaltechnological conditions determined.Under these best conditions,at aspace tower velocity of 0.3m/s and after two steps’absorption,the con-centration of NO_x can be reduced from 2000ppm~11000ppm to 250ppm~600ppm and NO_x-removal efficiency reaches 90%~94.5%.This methodcan increase NO_x-removal efficiency remarkably while only a tiny quan-tity of catalyst TZ-1 is needed to put into the soda solution and notransformation of the apparatus is not required.
