【摘要】 通过超声溶剂提取方法与直接浸泡、加热蒸馏、水蒸汽蒸馏及索氏提取等经典方法的比较研究,提出该法是最适于从固态天然物中提取液体组份的方法,方法操作简单,时间短,而且提取率最高,提取的最佳温度是在提取溶剂的沸点.各种提取方法所得的精油的挥发性组份相似。更多还原
