【摘要】 在33具62侧成人尸体上,观察小腿后浅层血管神经的位置关系:小隐静脉行于小腿后中间部有46侧,占74.19%;腓肠内侧皮神经和小隐静脉伴行有52侧,占83.87%;腓肠外侧皮神经行于小腿外侧有49侧,占79.03%。对小腿后深层血管神经作了体表定位。测量了小腿后内侧部的厚度,并与常用肌注区肌肉的厚度进行了比较,证实该部位是肌注的安全区,适宜作肌注部位。更多还原

【Abstract】 The position relations of the nerves and blood vessels of the ventral superficial layer of legs were observed on the 62 sides of 33 adult corpses.The result show that the small saphinous veins situated at the middle of figs‘ventral in 46 sides of 62 sides(74.19%), and the mediccutaneous nerve of calf accompaning paralled with the small saphenous veins were found in 52 sides(83.87%),the leteral cutaneous nerve of calf located the leteral of legs in 49 sides(79.03%).The body surface locahzition of deep blood vessles and nerves was performed.The thickness of the ventral muscle of legs was measured and compared with the thickness of the regions of routine injection.It is indicated that the legs’vehtral muscle are a safe area for intramuscular injection.更多还原
