【摘要】 体外实验观察了左旋吡喹酮(L-PZQ)对日本血吸虫毛蚴和尾蚴的作用,并用消旋吡喹酮(dL-PZQ)作比较。结果:左旋毗喹酮(0.2μg/ml)与倍量消旋吡喹酮对日本血吸虫的毛蚴和尾蚴均有明显的杀虫作用,毛蚴对该药更为敏感,但L-PZQ与dL-PZQ在所用剂量下两药作用之间的差别无显著性。对该药的杀虫机制作了简要的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The antischistosomal effects of Levo-praziquantel (L-PZQ) compared with racemic prazi-quantel (dL-PZQ) in vitro on miracidium and cercaria of Schistosoma japonicum were reported in this paper. The results indicated that the schistosomicidal effect on the two larval stages of the parasite induced by L-PZQ (0. 2 μg/ml) and double amount of dL-PZQ (0. 4μg/ml) had no significant difference. Miracidial stage was more sensitive to the drugs than the cer-carial stage. The schistosomicidal mechanism caused by L-PZQ was discussed briefly.更多还原
