【Abstract】 In this paper a preliminary screening of causal prophylactic antimalarial drug of primaquine amide series by using Plasmodium yoelii-Anopheles stephensi system was reported. Among the 36 derivatives of primaquine amide, methoxyl-threonyl primaquine showed a stronger antimalarial effect in comparison with primaquine at the same dose.更多还原
