【摘要】 <正> 一、开环与闭环经济控制 任何一个经济系统都可以看作由两部分构成:经济运行部分和调节控制部分。由诸多经济子系统构成的国家宏观经济体系,则可分为经济运行体系和经济调控体系。它们之间如何相互作用是与经济机制密切关联的一个范畴。我们知道,两种极端的经济机制是完全市场经济机制和完全计划经济机制。前者中基本经济单元——企业的运行依靠市场供需矛盾的调节,后者则全靠国家指令性经济计划的安排与控制。从经济控制论角度看,这两种对立经济体系中的基本经济运行单元,分别呈现出典型的控制论中的闭环系统和开环系统的特征更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the open circle control attributes of productive units in centrally planned economy and the close circle control attributes of busines units in free market economy are examined form the control theory point of view. A compound administrative pattern of economic system which is a kind of planned market economy is suggested and whose features as well as matters needing attention in its operation are discussed with reference to the of economic system reforming now in China.更多还原
