【摘要】 本文对114例新生儿贫血进行了临床分析。贫血的原因:生理性6例(5.3％);病理性108例,其中感染性贫血38例(33.3％)、同族免疫性溶血性贫血35例(30.7％)、失血性贫血25例(21.9％)、其它10例(8.8％)。贫血程度:轻度27例(23.7％)、中度77例(67.5％)、重度8例(7.0％)、极重度2例(1.8％)。对贫血诊断标准进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 There were 114 cases(5%) complicated with anemia of the 2249 new born patients admitted from Jan. 1984 to Dec. 1990. The diagnostic cri- teria and causes of anemia were discussed. Because of the interference with jaundice and cyanosis, signs most frequently seen in the newborn period, neonatal anemia would not be easily discovered. Pediatricians must pay more attention to this symptom.更多还原
