【摘要】 本文报告了以往20年间经手术和病理证实的原发性纵隔肿瘤和囊肿46例,其中以神经源性肿瘤、胸腺瘤和畸胎瘤最常见。X线检查是诊断本病最可靠、简便的手段;CT是一种较好的辅助诊断方法。早期手术切除是本病的首选治疗。本组手术切除率为95.7％。本文讨论了各种纵隔肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断,并介绍了手术的途径和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have reviewed 46 cases with confirmed primary mediastinal tumors and cysts by operation and pathological examination in 20 years. Neurogenic, thymic and teratoid tumors are most common among them.X-Ray examination is the most reliable and easy diagnostic means for this disease. CT is a good diagnostic method as supplement. Early operation is the first option to treat the disease. The resection rate was 95.7% in this group. The diagnosis and distinguish diagnosis of various mediastinal tumors were discussed; the ways and procedures of operation were also recommended.更多还原
