水稻亚种间杂交再生力特性的遗传
GENETICS OF RATOONING ABILITY IN INTER-SUBSPECIES CROSSES OF RICE(Oryza sativa L.)
【摘要】 以5个广亲和品种为主,配制12个亚种间组合,研究 F1、F2、F3世代再生力的遗传特点。结果表明,杂种一代再生力多偏向或超过高值亲本,为一显性性状,并具有不同程度的杂种优势。F2再生力呈连续变异,至少有4对基因控制再生力的遗传,广义遗传力(hB2)43.18%~79.73%,遗传进度(ΔG)0.110~0.625(q=5%),相对遗传进度(ΔG′,q=5%)21.91%~56.21%。F3估算的 hN2为38.55%~57.35%,ΔG′为23.52%~51.27%.说明再生力有较好的选择效果。再生力特性与主作的株形和产量性状间无明显的相关关系。因此,培育再生力强,株形优良,产量高的亚种间组合或品种是可能的。
【Abstract】 The genetic behavior of ratooning ability was studied of 12 inter-subspecies crosses involving 5 wide compatible varieties.This character seemed to be dominant and control- led by at least 4 pairs of major genes.In the F1,ratooning ability tended to be closer to the greater parent or surpassed it.In the F2,this character showed continuous variation.Its heritability in broad sense hB2 ranged from 43.18% to 79.73%,its genetic advance △G from 0.110 to 0.625(q=5%),and its relative genetic advance △ G’ from 21.91% to 56.21%(q=5%).In the F3,hN2 was estimated to be in the range of 38.55% to 57.35% while △G’ was from 23.52% to 51.37%.It is thus suggested that selection for ratooning ability in early generations would be effective.No significant relationship was found between ratooning ability and plant-type traits and yield characters of the main crop,indicating that this character is quite independent in inheritance.
