藏山羊皮肤组织学构造的研究
Study on the Histological structure of Skin in Tibetan Goat
【摘要】 对临产胎儿、1月龄、4月龄、6月龄、周岁和成年6个年龄组藏山羊进行研究结果表明,藏山羊皮肤表皮层厚度到1月龄时便基本达到衡定,真皮层厚度从临产到成年一直增厚,成年达最厚;皮下组织层发育与真皮层有相同的趋势。初级毛囊密度随年龄递增相对减小,次级毛囊密度临产到1月龄显著增大,1月龄后其密度相对减小,1个毛囊群中次级毛囊4月龄前发育迅速,4月龄后其发育基本停止;S/P一直呈递增趋势,6月龄以后基本达到衡定。网状上层中的胶原纤维直径4月龄前明显增加,乳头层中的胶原纤维直径从临产到成年一直明显增粗;弹性纤维直径1月龄前明显增大,1月龄后增大不明显。研究结果为合理适时地利用藏山羊板皮,和提高藏山绒的产量提供科学指导和理论参考。
【Abstract】 Tibetan goats were divided into 6 groups according to their ages(parturient foetus, 1 month-old, 4 month-old, 6 month-old, 1 year-old and adult) and the histological structure of the skin from these goats were determind. The results showed that, thickness of epidermis layer of Tibetan goat tended to be stable at one month-old, thickness of dermis layer growed continually from parturient to adult, the growth law of the hypodermis layer was similar to the dermis layer. the density of primary follicle decreased siginificantly along with the increase of age, and that of secondary follicle from parturient foetus to 1-month-old increased siginificantly and decreased siginificantly after 1-month-old the numbers of secondary follicle in one halir follicle group developed rapidly before 4 month-old and tended to be cease after 4 month-old, the value of s/p tended to in crease progressively and tended to be stable after 6 month-old. the development of diameter of collagenous fiber was different because of different layers of skin, the diameter of collagenous fiber in upper of reticular layer increased siginificantly before 4 month-old and that of papillary layer increased obviously from parturient foetus to adult. the diameter of elastic fiber increased siginificantly before 1 month-old. and increased insiginificantly after 1 month-old. The results of study supply the scientific guide and theoretical reference for developing utilization of Tibetan goat pelt reasonably and timely and raising yield of Tibetan goat cashmere.
