脑瘤患者同种胸腺移植方式的比较

【摘要】 本文报道脑瘤病人胸腺移植的治疗效应。以观察患者的临床表现。测定患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫的常规指标。两组病人移植前后的免疫指标测定结果,经自身配对t检验,淋巴细胞计数(Lym),淋巴细胞转化率(LTT>6)、及E—玫瑰花环形成率(E—RFC%)、呈现极显著性差异(P<0.001),血清中IgG和C3也呈现显著性差异(P<0.05),而IgA.IgM.IgD及C4则未呈现显著性差异(P>0.05)。用两组移植后的测定值比较,只有Lym呈现差异有显著性(P<0.05),其它均未呈现显著性差异(P>0.05)。部分患者在植后接受放射治疗时,还表现出抗辐射损伤效应,值得进一步深入研究。

【Abstract】 This paper reported the therapeutic effect of thymic allograft in patients with brain tumors. Stab transplanted groups (STG) were obtaind from 12 malignancy tumors and 8 cases benign tumors. Operating transplanted groups(OTG) were obtaind from 16 cases malignancy tumors and 7 cases benign tumors. The symptoms of the patients were observed, as well as cellular and humoral immune status of the patients were examinedAny symptoms of them at risk of HVGR of GVHR were not observed after the transplantation. The results of the case-itself control between per-and post-transplant were as follows:the patient’s peripheral blood lymphocyte (lym), lymphocyte transformation percentage (LTT%) and erythrocyte rosette forming cell percentage (E-RFC%) were statistically significantly different (P<0. 001). Serum immunogiobulins Ig A. IgM, IgD and complement C4 were not statistically significantly different (P>0. 05) except IgG and C3 (P<0. 05). The tested indices were compared between STG and OTG in post-transplant. Only the lymphocyte count (Lym) was significantly different (P<0. 05). Others did not vary respectively (P>0. 05). Some of the patients showed effect of antiradiation damage when they recieved radiation therapy. But it demanded a great deal of further reseach effort. These findings suggest that transplanted effect of STG and OTG appeared similar on the whole.
