【Abstract】 It was studied that the distribution, content and composition of horse fat on twenty Yiwu Horse with different ages, sexes and body parts.The result indicated that horse fat had superior quilty and nutritional value. The distribution of fat in body, fat content, composition and nutritional value of meat were significantly affected by age, Sex only affected fat content in meat.更多还原
