渠道衬砌混凝土细观力学分析

【摘要】 本文从损伤和断裂力学分析出了,得出了影响渠道混凝土衬砌的耐久性和裂缝产生的主要原因,是各种原材料结构在施工中所造成的孔洞、缺陷、微裂纹等原生损伤所致,根据我国国情,认为选择研制恰当的施工机械,严格控制质量,研究开发新的外加剂增大混凝土的和易性,在特定的原材料下找出最优配比,针对不同结构考虑复合材料的尺寸效应等是目前混凝土衬砌的关键所在。从而提出了从细观损伤力学出发,研究混凝土本身的结构及产生初始损伤的原因,促使渠道混凝土衬砌的研究有更大的突破。

【Abstract】 This paper will, by failure and fracture mechanical analysis, conclude that durability and crack formation of concrete lining mainly depend on primary failures of raw materials during construction, such as pores defectsand microcracks, etc. The key work of the current concrete lining practice is, in accordance with the national conditions, to adopt or develop appropriate construction machinery, take strict control over construction quality, and develop new additives to improve concrete property. Also it must determine the optimal fit ratio of certain raw materials, analyze dimensional effects of composite materials concerning their different structures, etc. It consequently suggests analyzing with a micromechanical perspective and studying the structure of concrete and the causes of primary failures, in order to achieve a breakthrough in the study of concrete lining of canals.
