双离子束法沉积类金刚石膜的耐腐蚀特性
Corrosion-resistance of Diamond-like Carbon Films Deposited by Dual Ion Beam Method
【摘要】 对双离子束法在K_q玻璃上制备DLC膜的耐酸碱溶液和有机溶剂腐蚀特性进行了研究,给出了不同制备参数对膜层耐腐蚀特性的影响,并对腐蚀机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Corrosion-resistance to acid and alkali and oragnic solvents of DLC films depositedby dual ion beam method on K_q glasses is studied. The influences of different depositing datato corrosion-resistance is reported and the reason of corrosion are discussed.
