植物体氮素的挥发损失——Ⅲ.大豆生长过程中氨的挥发

【摘要】 利用大型真空干燥器,测定了大豆在不同生长发育阶段地上部分氨的挥发损失。结果表明,在不同生长发育时期,氨的挥发损失量不同。最大挥发量出现在鼓粒成熟期,达38.43μg/d·g干叶(以NH3计);数量大于开花结荚初期;一茬大豆氨净挥发损失量为3.51kg/ha(2.89kgN/ha).除生育时期外,温度对氨挥发损失也有较大影响。在正常的生长条件下,高温可以增加大豆的氨挥发损失。

【Abstract】 Large vacuum desiccator was used to collect ammonia volatilized from above ground parts of soybean during its growth period. The result obtained show that the amounts of ammonia volatilized from soybean were different at different growth stages. The maximum occurred at grain-expanding mature period, reaching 38.43 /ig / d g NH3 dry matter of leaf higher than in blossom and early podding. The total loss of ammonia from soybean in the whole life reached 3.51 kg / ha as ammonia or 2.89 kg / ha as N. In addition to the influence of growth stages, temperature affected ammonia volatilization at certain extent. Under normal conditions, high temperature increased ammonia loss by volatilization.
