【摘要】 本文对50例尿毒症患者血清进行聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳,结果表明其α^-脂蛋白、部分α₁^-和α₂^-球蛋白明显下降,触珠蛋白、β-脂蛋白明显上升。同时对50例肾病综合征患者血清进行上述电泳,结果表明其白蛋白、部分α₁^-和α₂^-球蛋白明显下降,部分β₂-球蛋白及β-脂蛋白明显上升。对上述变化的机理及临床意义也进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is reported in this article that α-lipoprotein and partial α₁-and X₂-globulin in scrum are apparently lower, but haptoglobin and β-lipoprotein are apparently higher by polyacryamide gel clectrophoresis in 50 cases of uremi（?） patients, and that albumin and partial α₁-and α₂-globulin in scrum are apparently lower, but partial β₂-globulin and β-lipoproteinare apparently higher by polyacryamide gel clectrophoresis in 50 cases of nephrotic syndrome patients.
