武夷霉素——小单孢菌产生的一种氨基糖苷类抗生素——Ⅲ、组分A和B的分离、纯化、理化性质及其抗菌活性

【摘要】 武夷霉素A和B是橄榄星孢小单孢菌武夷变种产生的一种抗生素复合物,经硅胶性层析后分离得到。通过理化性质、红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱、质谱、氨基酸分析和抗菌活性等研究结果认为与福提霉素A和B同质。
【Abstract】 Wuyimeisu A and B produced by a Micromonospora olivoasterospora var. wuyiensis FIM 0139, have been isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and on exchanger. From their physico—chemical properties, IR, H—NMR and MS, amino acids assay and anti—bacterial spectrum, Wuyimeisu A and B are considered to be identical to fortimiein A and B respectively.
