生物微球技术测定微波对家兔肾脏睾丸附睾微循环血流量的影响
The Effect of the Microwaves on the Blood Flow Volume by Radiation to the Rabit Testis, Kidneys and Epididymides
【摘要】 本文报道了用放射性生物微球技术测定家兔睾丸、肾脏及附睾组织经微波照射后对其血流量的影响。文中较详细的介绍了生物微球技术。实验结果表明:1.家兔睾丸在照射后45分钟血流量与正常非照射组比较有明显增加,而照后24小时及照后48小时睾丸局部血流量恢复到正常水平。2.无论在照射前或照射后,左右两侧睾丸的血流量无明显差别。3.附睾及肾脏的血流量照射前后变化不明显。
【Abstract】 In this study, using the biological radiomicrsphere method, we determined the effect of microwaves on the blood flow volume of the rabit testis, kidneys and epididymides. The results showed that the blood flow volume of testis and epididymides increased significantly after 45 minutes radiation, but it restored to normal level after 24 hours or 48 hours. The blood flow volume of kidneys changed slightly after radiation, and it was regarded as control.
