【Abstract】 The isolation and identification of fungi and the determination of patulin were carried out to 62 mouldy fruit samples. These samples included apples and pears which were collected from 4 provinces of China. The results showed that the main fungus producing patulin was Penicillium expansum in these areas. In addition, the prevention of contamination in fruits was discussed.更多还原
