残杀威毒性研究

【摘要】 残杀威原药及其乳油具有中等度急性经口吸入毒性和轻度经皮毒性。一次经口染毒引起全血胆碱酯酶(ChE)抑制的阈剂量为11mg/kg。受试物对小鼠无明显蓄积作用;对大鼠未见胚胎毒性和致畸作用;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞和生殖细胞染色体畸变试验均阴性。大鼠亚慢性吸入残杀威蒸气和烟雾的无作用浓度为6.8mg/m~3。因此建议生产车间的残杀威容许浓度一时间加权均值为03.5mg/m~3,短时间接触限值为2.0mg/m~3。

【Abstract】 Propoxur(Ⅰ), an anticholinesterase carbamate pesticide, induces reversible depression of cholinesterase activity which is evident a short time after exposure. The technical product of (Ⅰ)and its emulsifiable concentrate demonstrated moderate acute oral or inhalation toxicity, and low dermal toxicity. (Ⅰ)did not exhibit either cumulative effects on mice, embryonic toxicities and teratogenic effects on rats, or any mutagenic effects by Ames test on Salmonella typhimurium TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102, or by chromosome aberration on bone marrow cells and primary spermatocytes of mice. The no-effect level for male and female rats subchronic exposed to vapours and fumes of(Ⅰ), was determined to be 6.8mg/m3 air. On the basis of biochemical, metabolic, pharmacokinetic behaviors of (Ⅰ), and the above experimental results, a permissible concentration in the workplace environment was recommended as TWAV 0.5mg/m3, and STELV 2.0mg/m3 in air.
