准透明绝缘材料内杂质的全息检测与数字化分析
HOLOGRAPHIC DETECTION OF IMPURITY IN QUASI-TRANSPARENT INSULATOR AND DIGITAL ANALYSIS
【摘要】 利用同轴全息和数字图象处理技术,检测交联聚乙烯塑料电缆绝缘材料内杂质微拉的线度、位置和形状。结果表明,杂质微粒线度测量的最大误差不超过10%,可检测的最小微粒线度为10μm。
【Abstract】 The size,position and shape of an impurity in an XLPE cable ins(?) were deter-mined by holographic and digital image processing techniques.The results show that the maximum errorof size is less than 10% and the minimum measurable size of impurity is 10μm.
