【摘要】 用边界跟踪法提取了各种焊接缺陷的特征参数,并按 GB3323—87标准对焊接缺陷进行了模式识别。结果表明:边界跟踪法是研究焊接缺陷特征参数的有效手段。利用缺陷的长径与短径之比 L₁/L₂,边界象素数与面积象素数之比 F 以及边界沿水平方向象素数等参数可以准确地对焊接缺陷进行分类识别。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characters of welding defects were obtained by edge tracing.Computer pattern rec-ognition was used to identify welding defects according to the standard GB 3323-87.The results showthat edge tracing is an efficient method for studing welding defect characters.By using L₁/L₂ ratio andvalue F,pattern recognition can be performed successfully.更多还原
